These Terms govern your use of teaseit, a service operated by teaseit (KvK 42055117), based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
teaseit lets creators ("Creators") sell digital content (photos, videos, PDFs, audio) via shareable payment links. Buyers ("Buyers") pay through teaseit and receive instant access to the purchased content.
Creators must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your password. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Buyers pay via Stripe. teaseit acts as the merchant of record on transactions. Creators authorize teaseit to collect funds on their behalf and remit creator earnings net of a 20% platform fee via the payout method selected in their dashboard.
Payouts are processed manually upon request, typically within 5 business days. Minimum payout: €25.
Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in clear cases of fraud, broken files, or content that materially differs from its description. See our Refund Policy for details.
Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable, time-limited link to download the purchased content. Re-distribution, resale, or sharing of the content or unlock link is prohibited.
You may not use teaseit to launder funds, evade taxes, sell illegal goods or services, or violate Stripe's restricted businesses policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, teaseit's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees we collected from you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Earnings already accrued will be paid out, less any chargebacks, refunds, or fraud-related deductions.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
