Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: All sales of digital content are final once the content has been unlocked. Exceptions apply for fraud, broken files, or content that materially differs from its description.

Why digital sales are non-refundable

Under Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (and Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium once performance has begun, provided the consumer expressly consents and acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of buyer privileges.

Creator-side

Creators are not liable for refund processing fees on transactions where the buyer has already received content. teaseit covers the fees in those cases. For confirmed fraud or content-policy violations, the platform may reverse a creator's earnings.
